It’s not 'Net-Eat' or 'Net-Sit' it's 'Net-Work'!

A lot of people have heard of networking but few know how to make it
really work in their favour. The common notion is to go to an event try and give out as many business cards as possible and maybe if you’re really lucky someone might say they’ll give you a call. They don’t, and you think networking is a complete waste of time.There is a better way!

If you apply BNI’s ‘Givers Gain’ philosophy to everything you do your whole attitude to networking will flip on it’s head and you’ll realise: “The more unselfish you are when you network the more business you will get”.

Why network? To get more business . . . for your colleagues!!

If we all have this attitude then we are all guranteed to get business, rather than being dissapointed. It so much more satisfying to be able to refer one of your colleagues and it’s so much easier than trying to sell yourself. If we all do the same then we will never have to hard sell or cold call ever again.
